What is a community cat?
Community cats are free-roaming outdoor cats who may not have a home of their own.
What is an ear tip?
An ear tip is the universal sign that a community cat has already been spayed or neutered and vaccinated.
Why are TNVR programs important?
Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return programs help stop the cat overpopulation crisis by preventing more unwanted litters while allowing community cats to safely return to their outdoor homes.

The community cat package is $100. If you live within Midland city limits, you may qualify for a voucher that covers $70 of the cost.
Feral cats must be brought in feral cat traps. We have traps available to loan. To borrow a trap, email clinic@whiskers-tails.org.
